Foundry strong as iron
Sanders’ foundry specializes in singular products and small series of hand moulded casting. We melt all first-rate types of nodular (ductile) and flake cast iron - if desired with an addition of alloy for more strength and longwearing ness - and Austempered Ductile Iron, which is especially suitable for thin-walled casting.
As one of few foundries who are able to deliver the casting fully adapted, we only work with well-educated professionals. We accomplish all adaptations in-house, with obvious benefits; we save run time as well as costs and our customers avoid the risk of rejection.
A selection of our services:
- Hand moulded casting with a maximum weight of 2500 kg
- Flake cast iron in all first-rate qualities, in accordance with NEN-EN 1561 (formerly GG 25,30) and alloys
- Nodular cast iron in all first-rate qualities, in accordance with NEN-EN 1563 (formerly GGG35.3, 40, 50,60, 70 en 80)
- Refined nodular cast iron in all first-rate qualities, that is ADI (Austempered Ductile Iron), in accordance with NEN-EN 1564
- Special casting like Nihard (high wear resistance) and Ni-Resist
- If desired with certificate in accordance with NEN-EN, DIN 50049 or under guarantee
- Adaptation of iron casts in our own machine factory
