Sanders specializes in the production of gear in small series or singular elements, entirely in accordance with customer specifications. We find that mainly in the fields of specialized machinery and the revision or maintenance of machines, the need exists for no more than a few fixed parts.
Our engineers build and design complete gears and bearings, along customer specifications. Furthermore, this department resolves drive problems in all types of machinery and installations.
Broadly speaking our current product range covers:
- Cylindrical gears with spur and helical toothing, up to module 100, with a maximum diameter of 3000 mm
- Conical gears with spur and helical toothing, up to module 100, with a maximum diameter of 3000 mm
- Helical gears up to module 100
- Worms and worm gear up to module 20
- Sprocket wheels, with a maximum diameter of 3000 mm
- Gear racks up to module 100 (for bridges and offshore jacking systems)
- Internal toothing up to module 40
- Internal and external splines, consistent with various standards
- All gear, if desired, with hardened and polished toothing
